Terri B. Maggio has been involved in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Industry for over 25 years. During that time she has been involved in sales, management, ownership as well as Association participation. A nationally recognized speaker and lecturer, she has devoted many years to develop the tools necessary for providers to keep informed and aware of the industry changes that could make or break small independent companies.

Terri began a consulting business in the early 1990’s and published the first edition of the DME Billing Guide© as well as the Ultimate HCPC List©. It became apparent that updating this material was costly and time consuming so it was decided to put this on a computer screen, which became The Rules Engine Software©.
